Taiwan-based PMOLED maker WiseChip Semiconductor announced a new 5.5″ 256×64 PMOLED device, that uses Kyulux’s Hyperfluoresence™ OLED technology. The Hyperfluoresence™ stack doubles the brightness while consuming the same power, compared to WiseChip’s standard OLED device.
This is WiseChip’s second Hyperfluorescence™ PMOLED panel, following the 2.7″ 128×64 monochrome yellow display introduced in 2020.
