Kyulux is happy to announce a new contract with the JST, under the Research Optimal Deployment Support Program (A-STEP – Adaptable and Seamless Technology Transfer Program through Target-Driven R&D).

A-STEP implementation support (repayment type) is a system that JST newly established in 2022 to support the development of venture companies and others which are aiming for social implementation of research results at universities. It is mainly targeted to support development expenses for practical development for the creation of innovative products and services.

Kyulux was selected for this program by the JST, following a selection process that included an evaluation committee of external experts that assessed factors like the novelty and quality of the technology, possibility of creating innovation, goals and plans for research and development, possibility of commercialization, financial situation, etc.
