On July 24, Kyulux welcomed a group of students from Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) in the Netherlands, who are visiting Japan on an educational tour focused on research and development in Japan, at the Kyulux headquarters.
A group of more than 30 students arrived in Japan on July 11th and visited Kyushu University, the department of Informatics, Faculty of Information Science and Engineering and the Center for Organic Photonics and Electronics Research (OPERA) on July 24th.
After that, they visited Kyulux, where they experienced a light emission demonstration of TADF materials, and toured Kyulux’s laboratory, and visited the i3-opera and the laboratories of device manufacturing, and lifetime evaluation test room.
The TU/e students will stay until August 8th and will visit companies and universities in various parts of Japan, including Fukuoka, Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, Nagoya, Tokyo, and Nikko, for campus tours and work experience.
Kyulux hopes that this tour will give them a chance to better understand the R&D performed in Japan and its culture and help them in their future.
